Hi, I’m Sandi, and this is my little corner of the digital universe where curiosity, creativity, and a dash of courage come together.

I’m a wife of over 20 years and a proud mom to two teenagers who keep life wonderfully chaotic. Like many parents, I’m doing my best—sometimes with grace, sometimes with coffee, and often with a good dose of humor. Aren’t we all just figuring it out as we go?

Here’s the thing: I’m a little bit of everything. I love to cook, but you won’t catch me on a cooking show. I cherish long walks and 5Ks, but I’m no marathoner. I thrive on music and concerts, but I’m not the one on stage. My heart aches for animals, though I haven’t yet been able to fill the Boston-shaped hole left behind by my beloved dogs.

I’m deeply passionate about photography, travel, and adventure—just don’t call me a professional in any of it. I find joy in last-minute outings, whether it’s go-karting or strolling an estate sale for mid-century treasures that feel like they’ve waited just for me. I’m all about the thrill of the find, not the show of it.

As a trained behavior analyst and small business owner, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families navigate the complexities of life. I’m proud of the work I do, even if the challenges of running a business sometimes leave me questioning my sanity. My goal is simple: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the caregivers and families I serve.

And yet, there’s one piece of the puzzle I’ve struggled with: self-care. I’ve realized that to truly thrive, I need to embrace all the parts of me—the mother, the businesswoman, the music lover, the adventure seeker—and create something that connects with others in a meaningful way. That’s where *The Next Favorite* comes in.

This blog and these pages are my invitation to you. Here, I’ll share my current favorites—whether it’s a recipe, a moment of self-care, a treasured find, or a song that moves my soul. My hope? That something here inspires you to find your *next favorite* too.

I’m not aiming to be popular. I’m aiming to be interesting, real, and a little bit brave. If my journey sparks a new idea or brings a smile to your face, then I’ve done what I set out to do.

So, let’s dive in together. Life’s a mix of sweet and salty, just like a Payday bar—my favorite, by the way. What’s yours?

Thanks for stopping by. Your comments, feedback, and shared moments mean the world to me. Let’s find our next favorites, one discovery at a time.
